St. Luke’s Stop the Bleed program is part of a national trauma initiative to train first responders and the public on how to control bleeding in the event of an accident or injury to improve the injured patient’s chance of survival. This one-hour trauma and bleeding prevention education program is provided free of charge to individuals, police departments, school groups, and community groups.
