Barre Monday at 10:15 a.m. A low impact toning class that blends the principals of Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training and Ballet to activate your entire body. Focus on proper body alignment, balance, stability, flexibility and strength; targeting hips, glutes, abs and arms. Standing and floor work and the Ballet Barre is used for some portions of class, but this is not a dance class!
