Announcing Project Lifesaver

A public safety program designed to protect and locate missing persons due to wandering.

The Project Lifesaver Program utilizes personalized wristbands which emit a tracking signal when caregivers notify their local Project Lifesaver agency.

According to Project Lifesaver International, the non-profit organization which began the program in 1999, the program has had over 1,800 national search and rescues and has maintained a 100% recovery rate with zero fatalities.

This program is now available to residents of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

The Lehigh County TRIAD has purchased two Project Lifesaver tracking devices for the county and training has been provided to law enforcement officers. TRIAD  is an organization whose primary purpose is to develop, expand and implement effective crime prevention and education for older community members by working with local law enforcement agencies.

For more information on Project Lifesaver or how to make a contribution, please call 610-967-5454 or go to the national website at www.projectlifesaver.org.

Visiting Angels Lehigh Valley

When it comes to your care there are so many choices-nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies (nursing agencies), home care agencies and more. However, only you can choose what's right for you.

At VISITING ANGELS, we know that it isn't easy to make the decision to invite a caregiver into your home to provide homecare for loved ones who can no longer be safely left alone.

You'll have the opportunity to interview and select any caregiver who we refer to you.  You'll only accept a caregiver that you feel totally comfortable with.  When you meet our caregivers, you're going to be pleasantly surprised to see that at VISITING ANGELS, character matters! Visit our website
